What is it?

Our treatment is hands on and exercise based. Some of the modalities we use to help you feel better include:-

  • manipulation
  • mobilisation
  • massage
  • acupuncture
  • stretching
  • posture correction
  • core stability work
  • exercise

All these modalities are designed to help in the relief of pain and to promote recovery.

How does it work?

On your first visit we’ll take you through everything that’s involved and carry out an individual assessment. This will be carried out by one of our fully qualified Chartered Physiotherapists who’ll use a range of skills to identify what the real cause of your problem is.

Based upon your initial examination we’ll prepare a personalised treatment plan with information on exercise and treatments that will give you the understanding you need to return to life without discomfort. Preventative medicine is also very important and we spend time teaching you how to avoid any recurrence of your problem.
