WORKSHOPS ON STRESS MANAGEMENT OR LEARNING TO RELAX

Breath Out In A Sigh Of Relief

In these busy, hectic times, we can easily feel out of control and stressed as a result.  One of the things we do have total control over in life is our breathing (although for some people it may not always feel that way).

When you breathe out fully, you release tension, so doing this regularly will certainly reduce your stress levels.  Follow the out breath with a slow in breath and continue that for several breaths, noticing the feeling of relaxation expand within you.

Smallest Changes

Sometimes making small changes can make the biggest difference in reducing the impact of negative stress levels.

Granted change can be stressful enough on its own but making small changes to the way we do things can positively affect our well-being, health and happiness.

Thinking Patterns

You can change the way you feel by changing the way you think?

Sometimes our thoughts can create more stress for us as we go over and over things in our busy minds.  It can be very difficult switching off this chatter.  But there are techniques that can be learned and strategies to put into practice.

Come along to one of our workshops on Stress Management or Learning to Relax and see the difference it can make to your life.
